Let's know more about 'Padi'

Yesterday, I was in Pahang Darul Makmur, my birth town. Well, may be it was my lucky day because I got to know and saw Paddy with my bare eyes. My grandparents planted them on their own in a rented farm.Not many but they were more than enough for this family...

"Jadilah seperti padi, semakin berisi semakin tunduk ke bumi..."
A traditional way to pisahkan padi dari dahannya...jerami yang sudah tidak ada padi boleh dijadikan makanan ayam atau dibuat penyapu...

These are the result...my grandparents wanted to make 'Emping' with this young paddies. So I'm going to show you some pictures on how the traditional processes had been done.
