


Why am I like this?? I've became a sleepyhead once came back from so-called 'Remaja Halwa' routine. Back then, I'd sleep for an hour or more after coming back from a program and before going to another program. And I think I've became addicted to it.
Just when the midday or after Zohor, my eyes would become heavy and I feel terribly sleepy. I really need avoid that feeling so that I won't become a sleepyhead.
