Black Seed aka Habbatus Sawda

Narration from our beloved prophet about Black Seeds (mafhumnye) :

" Black seeds have cure for every disease but die "

Researches about it :

- It contains unsaturated fatty acids especially polyunsaturated fatty acid that is needed to bring out prostaglandin E1

- It riches with protein, riboflavin, calcium, iron, thiamine, phosphorus and zinc.

- Fatty acids such as alpha-linolenic acid or omega-3 + linoleic acid or omega-6.

- It also contains 35% of carbohydrate, fiber, 15% of amino acid.

- It has arginine which is good for baby and carotene to bring out Vitamin A.

* A research had been done in 1986 by Dr. El-Kadi and Dr. Kandil:

• It can help to increase body immunity
• Might be able to be a start point to cure AIDS and cancer

* In 1960, Dr. Badr-el-din and Dr. Mahfouz found out that:

• It able to bring out an extract from black seed ( nigellone) which can help asthma patient

* An Amala Research Center at Amala Nagar, Kerala, India in 1991, found that:

• Able to avoid cancer cel (ehrlich aseites carcinoma) from spreading

* In 1992, a scientist from Pharmacy Center, Uni. of Dhaka in Bangladesh:

• It able to kill certain germ as vibrio cholera, E. Cole and a group of Shigella germ but Shigella dysentriae. The fact is, it kills better than antibiotic such as ampicilin, tetracycline, cotrimoxazole, gentamycin and nalidixic acid

Black Seed Oil

* Dr. Peter Schleicher, a professional in immunology field in Munich stated that:

• The prostaglandin E1 from black seed is an important ingreadient in our body immunity system.
• Black seed oil can be used to treat flu and influenza

Honey+Black Seed

* Dr. Michael Tierra from Planetary Herbology said:

• It contains beta-sitosterol used as anti-cancer

* The Journal of American Scientist:

• Very good over most diseases because it contains antihistamine, antioxidant, antibiotic, antimycotic and broncho-dilating effect.

Now you can get it easily from markets or direct seller in pills, oil or seeds. Even though the taste might be weird for the first time consumer, but you will get use to it once you have it twice a day everyday.

P/s: I found this good honey plus black seed when I was in Perak..drink it with warm water every morning and night with an empty tummy. Believe me..it gives you energy!!

Permata di lautan ilmu

Menurut Tarmidzi, Nabi Muhammad s.a.w telah bersabda : ( Hikmah adalah barangan yang dicari oleh mereka yang bijaksana. Sesiapa yang menemuinya, dialah yang paling berhak untuk memilikinya.

Hadis ini ku temui di dalam buku yang mana tajuknya telah memikat hatiku. Perubatan Islam dan Bukti Sains Moden yang telah dikarang oleh Dr. Danial Zainal Abidin. Buku ini telah terjual melebihi 15 000 naskhah, hebat sekali.

Pertama kali melihat buku ini di atas meja di ruang tamu, hatiku sudah terpikat. Buku ini kepunyaan adikku dan sebenarnya dia sedang cuba untuk menghabiskannya. Aku membaca slot prakata di permulaan buku ini, amat menarik. Nama beliau seperti pernah ku dengar tapi di mana ye?

Dengan mengikut gerak hatiku, aku meneruskan pembacaan hingga ke bab pertama yang bertajuk Konsep Perubatan Islam. Tanpaku sedari banyak mutiara yang masih belum ku jumpai. Ku teruskan lagi jejak pencarianku…

Banyak istilah-istilah perubatan diselitkan di dalam buku ini. Mungkin kerana minatku terhadap dunia kedoktoran membuatkan aku menyalin semua istilah-istilah tersebut dan mengambil nota-nota yang belum ku ketahui sebelum ini atau sesuatu yang ingin aku kongsi di dalam blog aku nanti.

Hampir seminggu aku cuba menghabiskan buku ini dan kini aku berada dalam bab ke 12 daripada 15. Tidak sabar rasanya untuk menghabiskannya agar aku boleh meneruskan pembacaanku kepada buku yang seterusnya.

Memang benarlah ajaran Islam yang mana dengan mencari ilmu akan menambahkan iman kita. Semenjak aku membaca buku ini, banyak perkara yang telah menyedarkan aku. Betapa agung dan besarnya Yang Maha Mencipta. Setelah hampir tiga tahun aku meninggalkan dunia pembelajaran, aku terasa semakin jauh dari dunia ilmu.

Bersyukur ke hadrat Ilahi kerana telah memberi hidayah kepadaku untuk kembali membaca sebagai mengganti kembali ilmu-ilmu yang kian pudar di hati ini. Dalam buku ini, banyak dimuatkan tentang kebesaran Allah, kebenaran ajaran Islam dan kebijaksanaan Rasulullah.

Hati ini terasa seperti baru dibasuh dari kotoran. Aku mula mencari kelazatan beribadah. Kekhusyukan di dalam sembahyang amat ku harapkan semoga dengan teguhnya tiang agama ini, akan istiqamah dan kuatlah keimananku ini.

Sebenarnya perasaanku ini tidak dapat digambarkan dengan perkataan. Jadi aku hanya menulis sekadar mampu..

P/S: Buat pembaca blogku, akan ku kongsi serba sedikit ilmu yang telah ku perolehi dari buku ini. Semoga kita dapat berkongsi bersama sinar cahaya yang memancar.

Nak ke Tak Nak

I have just finished my recent book, Nak ke Tak Nak by my fav writer H.M Tuah Iskandar. There are lots of benefits that you can get from the book, even though you are a teacher, office boy, big boss, student, parents, housewife, unemployee or anything.

On every chapter at the end of it, he put some wise words that we can reflect them to ourselves.

MARATHON

The last interesting  fact that I have just known from it is about Marathon. It is a actually a person's name. He was from Greek. 

One day on thousand years ago, Normandic came to attack the peaceful country. Unfortunately, most residents in Greek didn't know how to fight because most of them were bisnessmen, farmers and common citizens. Well, of course there were some soldiers but they weren't as strong as Normandic.

ADMINISTRATOR GATHERING

When the Greeks got the news that Normandic were heading their way towards Greek, they became panic and restless. A gathering was made between the king and ministers to discuss about solution.

One of intellect person said: "We weren't going to fight them because they were not just strong but also cruel.They were willing to kill anything to get what they wanted."

Then the king asked about what should they did.

The youngest person in the meeting board answered: "We fight!"

In the end of the meeting, they made a decision to fight because they were going to send a messenger to Sparta to ask for help.

RUNNING TO SPARTA

They sent Marathon to Sparta. The distance between Greek and Sparta was like Johor Bharu to Muar. At that time, they weren't any planes, trains, cars or taxi to ride on but just horse, camel and donkey.

As soon as Marathon got the order, he ran as fast as he could to Sparta non-stopped. He just stopped when he felt naked, hungry, thirsty and to sleep.

How could he did that?

Because in his heart and mind setting, there was just one thing... it was to save his beloved country!

After months, he got to Sparta safe and sound. But the time had came... as soon as he gave the Sparta's king the message, he fell and died.

THE VICTORY

Guess who won the battle?

Yes, it was Greek. But how? Didn't they were weaker than Normandic?

It was because the Greeks believed that helps were coming so they had to fight until then. Helps from Sparta arrived after the winning.

So, Marathon's running was worthwhile... even though he died, his name has been put as a famous sport in the world.

HISTORY

Normandic soldiers were known as the cruellest and vicious army. They fought the same as Monguls under the lead of Atila. 

Without looking at the genders and conditions of the victims, they would kill them as they were on their way.

When Monguls attacked Iraq, they weren't just killed people and Muslims army but they also burned all the books in the country.

For readers information, Normandic was from Norway, a Europe country. At that particular time, Normandic was known as English terrorist and Mongul was Asian terrorist.
