Such a tragedy

Now east Malaysia has been pouring by rain for more than two weeks... It is pouring down non-stop, day and night. People who lives on the low ground begi to worry, because flood might occur.

Last week, resident in Kg.Pusu Tiga had been shocked with the raising of water level rapidly. Some of them hurriedly save their furnitures and forgot about their clothes that they gonna wear for few days afterwards. Helps came after a few minutes, and I was there as well, helping them...

They were placed in a small mosque which the land is a it higher. When I reached there, there were lot of people and things like refrigator, washing machine, sofa and etc. Some women were talking about the unexpected event where they didn't have any spare clothes to wear.Poor them...

It was lunch time...muslimat PAS were helping the flood victim with preparing foods for them, and I and Umi helped them washing their dishes. I was thinking, what would I feel if I was in their shoes???

The rain still pouring and water had reach to my bottom level...however, there were kids playing with water as this was their first experience. Not just them but the residents of Kg Pusu Tiga. In the beginning they thought that flood wouldn't happen at their place but Allah planned everything...and there is 'hikmah' beyond it...

After a while, abah called and told umi about his friend who lives nearby. She had just came back from work and she is a widow. We headed to her place and gave her a hand. Luckily, soldiers were there and she had askes the soldiers to lift her electrical things to a higher place. We helped her picking up her books, files and packing up her clothes and important documents.

I met ustaz Hasbullah, MTT's teacher. I knew his house is around there but I didn't which one. We met on the road when he and Ustazah Faizan'husband aka C.Din were bringing his things on C.Din'd ranger ford. Until I realized that his home was behind Makcik Nik's house (abah's friend).

Aftere registering their name as flood victim, they were moved to Kompleks Sekolah Menengah Gong Badak. However there were few families who decided to move to their friend or relative's house.

On the next day, helps came from Bulan Sabit Merah, Unit Amal and many more. Mydin had contributed some foods for the victims such as mamee and water bottle which were a lot. Umi brought home some ...hehehe..
